Tim was right on time and knew what the problem was right away. I had an issue with a light switch that was flakey. It was replaced quickly. Home inspection was also done and recommendations much appreciated! Only issue I had was they did not have the all the switches required in the same colour I had and I was told multiple times they come with a fully stocked truck. Ended up changing colour which worked out in the end.

I couldn't figure out why my newly installed dishwasher wasn't working. Being new to KW I did a quick search on HomeStars for a reputable and decided on Home-Pro Electric. I managed to have Tim come over the next day and correct the builder's wiring install in my electrical panel so my dishwasher would work. Tim was polite, prompt and got the job done. I also like their transparent billing process. I highly recommend Home Pro Electric.

Professional and courteous staff. Arrived on-time. Worked meticulously to diagnose root cause(s) of problem(s), and succeeded. Explained work to be done very clearly. Worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Did a very good job, and demonstrated working system(s) in the end. Electrician in training was also provided with adequate instruction and advice, by the master electrician, and the opportunity to contribute to the work and do a high quality job. Overall, I am quite pleased with this company, and am happy to recommend them.

We had an electrical outlet that didn't have power. Kent McNaughton from Benchmark recommended Home-Pro Electric to me. Jason worked really hard to accommodate my wonky work schedule and Tim provided excellent service. He arrived on time, was pleasant, friendly and informative and quietly and efficiently went about locating and solving the problem. We are 100%+ happy with the service we received and Tim and Jason's professionalism and will definitely call them if we have another electrical problem. And, the bonus was that a visitor in our home saw how happy we were with the service and how accommodating Tim was that she asked for his business card so she could call him for electrical work at her home. A triple win-win outcome for everyone.

Was in need of a last minute electritian. I decided to call Home Pro and talked to Jason who accomidated me within hours. He sent Tim who was VERY professional, on time and explained a bit about the company and indicated that they were also part of the BBB.
He resolved my issue quickly for a reasonable price.

Home-Pro and service rep Tim did a fantastic job on rewiring a master bedroom in a century home, and sorting out wiring installed by previous DIY owners. Prompt communications, and appointments. Tim arrived at the promised time and completed the work efficiently to a high standard, not always easy in an old house. Tim was very knowledgeable, explained the work, and was very personable. Mobile technology allowed immediate quotations and electronic payments at site. Will have Home-Pro back for some additional work. Highly recommended!

Tim performed the assessment and established the price estimate with a full explanation which we could clearly understand together with good advice. Tim completed the work within the time allotted, he was a pleasure to work with taking care to minimize disruption and cleaned up after each task.
