We requested a quote for a new AC and duct cleaning. I received the quote by email which was awesome! We scheduled a day for the install and cleaning. When Dwayne and his team of three arrived as scheduled to install the new AC unit and do duct cleaning they introduced themselves. I found them to be very polite and very courteous. The first thing they did in the house was roll a red runner from the front door to the basement stairs. Then a red runner was laid down the stairs and over to the furnace in the basement.
They then brought in their equipment and covered all the vents and proceeded to clean the ducts. When they were done with the main level they took off their shoes to go upstairs and did the second level. After the duct cleaning was complete there was NO excess dust left in the house.
When they were finished they left everything spotless. We never knew they were in the house.
During the duct cleaning, 2 crew members remained in the house to complete the duct cleaning while Dwayne and another crew member worked to install the AC. When the duct cleaning was complete those crew members helped with the AC install. Everything was cleaned up. No dust from drilling into the wall and no waste could be found from wires or hoses.
The only sign they were at the house was the AC unit itself.
The price quoted was the price paid. No hidden costs or extras!

The install was fast, his crew of 3 were in and out in under 3 hours.
They did a great job, everything is sealed up nicely and the new unit is working perfectly.

The furnace at my house is a Goodman that was installed by the previous owner. This brand is known to be a bit touchy. Dwayne troubleshooted it perfectly and didn't even charge me for a repeat call during this process. He and his company are excellent!

Summer of 2016 has been one of the hottest summers on record. After our A/C quit on us (it was 35 degrees C) I called a number of companies. First available service call I could get was two days out. Then Dwayne of Cool Flame called back to say he was in the area and it was likely a capacitor and if it was, it was a quick fix! Dwayne was here in less than 30 minutes and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He then verified everything was working and the temperature in the house was coming down ! Awesome professionalism, courtesy and customer service!

Our AC stopped working during a heat wave and the next morning I saw the Cool Flame van at a neighbours house. I approached him to ask if he would take a look at my system and he agreed without hesitation. He had it working again in 1 hour. After a series of tests the problem turned out to be loose wires. The charge was extremely reasonable at $85.00. Good service at a great price.
