Toronto Comfort Zone

We had a wood burning fireplace in our basement family room which was drafty and not very energy efficient . We called Sonny to explore options for replacing it with a gas fireplace. He came out to our house very quickly and gave us several options, all of which we were happy with. We chose a gas fireplace that was in stock and it was installed quite promptly. Our space had some unique challenges but Sonny and his electrician were able to solve these . The installers arrived on time and did a great job with minimal mess. We now have a beautiful gas fireplace with remote that we can turn on in an instant and heat the space effectively and beautifully. Very pleased and highly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone

My fireplace had not been functional in quite some time. Same did an amazing job. He took it apart, cleaned it, looked like new, tested for gas leaks and to our delight, got it working again. He is meticulous in his work ethic , not a dust particle escaped him. He is a lovely man and a pleasure to do business with.

Sonny was very knowledgeable and gave us a couple of options for our fireplace that didn't meet many requirements for gas inserts. I appreciated his honesty and finding a fireplace insert that could be installed to code. Although there was a delay in getting the custom backerplate, the installation itself was fast and clean. They were super nice and when I was sad that the fireplace I wanted was on back order, I asked if they could let me know right away if it became available sooner. It ended up being available a month sooner and Sonny let me know right away which was considerate. The installation had some hiccups as we couldnt locate the gas line I thought I had. They solved the problem and spent some extra time at my house. All is well!
