Penguin Basements

We decided to finish the basement and after doing some research, especially regarding the mold-free materials, we decided to sign the contract with Penguin Basement. The quote was a little higher than the other contractors, however I think the quality of the materials are better as well.
We had few issues during the process, but the Project Manager assigned (Andrew) was there to manage and get everything under control, he was great!!!
Andrew was at my place every day, explaining the steps of the project and what was expected to be done in the following days. Also, he was always available on the cell if I had a question or concern, what was very important for me.
We are very happy with our new basement and I would like to thank Andrew and everyone at Penguin...

Finish my basement with a large gas fireplace. I love the new gas fireplace, it has stone from the top to bottom.
The workers and contractors were nice and did a great job. They created a workshop, two storage rooms, a bedroom and cozy den within my basement.

Penguin basements have a very professional approach to doing renovations.There is an initial consultation where a design is done on the computer, your input is welcome at all stages .Our project manager Andrew was available when ever we needed him.The most impressive thing was the assistance they give you in finding financing for your reno.

My experience was fantastic with this company. Professional from top to bottom. My project manager Andrew made th difference. He was organized, friendly, and very knowledgeable with the recommendations made on site. We had a few challenges and Andrew stepped up and made it totally work even better. The support Penguin Basements provided us throughout the project was fantastic. Walter was at my house every day, answer ours questions, waiting for the inspector and managing the trades. Penguin originally planned to build the basement in 6 weeks and it was finished on time. We really enjoyed the selections process, we met with Amy and she helped us match colours, doors, trim, cabinets.
