Similar to another review, if I could give it negative I would. Trillium is the absolute worst moving company I've dealt with. From start to finish I had problems with every step. The movers dropped a freezer which scratched the hardwood floor and dented the drywall along with smashing the couch in a corner causing a large dent. After 3 months of negotiation and being told they would cover the cost they went back on our agreement. My material weight seemed high, so after getting them to re-weigh, they were off over 1500lbs. A dozen items were broken or damaged and some were just missing. After making a claim, it took over 60 emails to get an unfair resolution. I have never dealt with such a dishonest and unethical company. I would recommend going to any other company for moving as I'm sure there are some people out there with some morals.

My move was $3900 and the were 5 days late to deliver!! I didn't take out extra insurance beyond what Trillium offered. Sofa table smashed, 2 coffee tables smashed, Beautiful maple Roxton wooden bedframe smashed, large framed wolf print and hummingbird prints smashed...the list goes on. To top it all off the men insisted on a $350 tip to unload.I got $162 back for the damage. They also broke the appt. door! This co. is the worst !!!!

They quoted me $1000 less than I was required to pay. After they took my things from apartment A, I could not get a hold of anyone to find out where my things were. It took 2 months to talk to someone! Then when I finally got my things, a lot of it was broken and I'm still missing some boxes. This is a horrible company.

I moved from NS to BC and hired Trillium after reading reviews of many companies. Kate, the Client Relations Manager, was extremely helpful to book and coordinate my move. I stored my belongings for 3 months with Trillium before they moved my belongings to my permanent residence. The storage rates are reasonable and made my move much easier to coordinate (I initially rented and then purchased, so I didn't have to move everything twice). All of my items were wrapped and everything arrived undamaged except for one mattress that was a bit dirty on one corner. Thanks Trillium!
