I had SG3 and George install a security system in my home in August 2014.
After quite a bit of research and looking through reviews I came across SG3 Security. I received a call back from them immediately, and had my system installed within 48 hours.
George was both professional and friendly - very informed on his industry's product (and on how to thwart anyone attempting to enter my home uninvited!)
I was very impressed on his dedication (he has been always been available for any questions), his timeliness, cleanliness, courteousness, and his concern for the safety of my family and my home.
I appreciate his use of more technologically advanced products - such as apps you can use to arm and disarm your house from your phone and other goodies I won't share on here :-)

Used this homestars website to look up SG3. Using them for residential home monitoring services over the past year. Equipment is Gemini better than DSC or Ademco in the past. Everything works great. Regular user, always turning alarm on prior to leaving and on and night. Will renew when term expires. George was very helpful. He took the time to explain the setup and customized it to our family's needs. It took George an entire day to setup the system. We have a need for another panel, going to contact George soon to set that up too. Power to the home as a whole was out many times this year due to bad weather but the units were always continuing as expected. The power never went out for the service. Have had a few false alarms, the service providers responded quickly.

We thought we needed a new security system. We chose SG3 because of their good reviews. Well the reviews proved true! George very honestly told us that he was 99% sure that we only needed a new battery and within a few days we would know if it was the battery and if not he would subtract the cost from the cost of a new security system. He saved us $545, he could of charged us and we would of never known the difference. I will surely recommend SG3 to family and friends. Thanks for being so honest George!

We had a problem with our business security and SG3 came right away and installed a new system to meet our business needs at a very reasonable price. They are very informative and helpful getting you just what you need. They make you comfortable by explaining how it all works and using new up to date equipment not outdated models as we have received from other companies. The warranty on our new recorder is 5 years and the equipment is the latest model. Most other companies only offer 2 years and sold us a recorder that broke immediately after the warranty ran out. They also wanted to sell us the same outdated model to replace the broken one. Not at SG3! They gave me the best service and product for my money.
