Pavel came quickly and replaced a broken chain on an older opener. He also checked to make sure everything else was in working order. He even came for a second time to adjust the door after a few uses. He was professional and honest and fair. Highly recommended.

The guys have just replaced our 25 year old garage door with a new, insulated and very nice looking door.
We have our bedroom and, even worse, bathroom above the garage and had problems with freezing piping during cold winters. Right now with -10 outside, it is +7 in the unheated garage!
The doors are made in USA and appear to be very solid, good quality.
Oleh and his teammate did a very neat, fast and professional installation with paying attention to details. We also had asked the guys to make the door frame wrapping (capping) with matching colour aluminum wrap.
Our family will definitely recommend this company's services to everybody.

Arrived early, and was exactly how much he estimated in advance. The door was fixed exactly as described. He said that he had never worked on a trailer before but the door looked the same as a garage door. I couldn't be happier with the job. It came with a one year warranty.

Responded immediately, communicated clearly and honestly, booked the appointment for the next day, showed up on time, very proffessional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away with warranty and reasonable charge. Will definitly hire again.

As the garage door that we selected was unique, they were able to further investigate the product and provide us with the technical details to ensure that all our questions were answered. We decided to proceed and they quickly came to our home to conduct a detailed site measure and were very informative during site visit. During installation, Oleh and Nazar took their time to ensure that the garage door and framing was installed to our satisfaction. We were more than happy with the end result and the installation of the new garage door has completely elevated the exterior of our home. We are so happy with Oleh and Nazar's professionalism and attention to detail and would gladly refer them to others!

In June 2019 Garage Door Geeks installed a new garage door opener, including new safety sensors. Owner Nadar and a new technician were very helpful and professional. Three months later the opener stopped working. According to its Home Stars statement, Garage Door Geeks offer “warranty on all work our qualified technicians perform on your garage door …. Our warranty is unbeatable.” So, I optimistically called the company to fix the problem.

This time owner Oleh told me he suspected that the safety sensors were not aligned correctly, but he also informed me that the company's warranty did NOT cover realigning sensors, even though Garage Door Geeks had installed them only three months ago. I would have to pay for a technician's visit. Oleh also advised me to contact the garage door opener manufacturer to learn what to do. After I protested a lot, Oleh stated that the “conversation was going nowhere.” (Who talks to customers like that?) So, he agreed to inspect the problem later in the day.

Through a very time-consuming Google search and calls to my technically-oriented friends, I miraculously fixed the problem on my own, even though I did not have a clue about what safety sensors were and how to adjust them. (What is wrong with this picture?)

I expected much better follow-up customer service from Garage Door Geeks.

Called on Tuesday evening after my extension cables gave out on my garage door. Nazar booked me in for the next afternoon. He arrived, assessed the job, and got to work right away. He replaced all rusty parts and lubricated all joints (also on my other garage door). He was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and that it is covered under a 1 year warranty. Don't think twice - book Garage Door Geeks for any job related to your garage doors. Definitely a satisfied customer.
