Highly recommend this service!!! Bryce does an incredible job. He is very thorough and took his time going through every inch of the house during our inspection (1600 sq ft. home = approx. 3 hour inspection). He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of a home. His final report was very detailed and included photographs as well as a timeline for repair and recommendations. I’ve purchase homes before and Bryce is by far the best home inspection service I’ve seen to date.
