Bryce inspected our new build and showed great dedication to the job and profession. He was very detailed and and very informative throughout the entire inspection. We wanted an inspection before we submitted our 30 day form for Tarion and what we got was so much more, I would (and have) recommend Rankin Inspection to anyone again and again. The report we received was very detailed and was easy to read and understand, it contained all items (minor and major) that were brought up during the inspection and even depicted pictorially and with drawings. Great job Bryce and hope to do business again.
