When my furnace wasn't working a couple of months ago, I used Cold Front Mechanical to repair it. I'm writing this review now because I never got a chance to properly thank them for their great job and their amaizing service.
I never have had this problem before, so at first I wasn't sure who to call. I did a quick search online and called a few companies. I started to get frusturated, because they couldn't come check it out that day, and in a couple of instances I found their receptionists to be rather rude and condescanding. Eventually, I gave up the online search and asked a few friends who I knew had done renovations in their houses. One of my friends strongly recomended Cold Front Mechanical. He told me he had used them when he first bought his house and many of his friends had as well.
So, I called Cold Front Mechanical and to my surprise everything from there went very smoothly. The receptionist, Alex, was very pleasant and understanding. She listened to me patiently and told me that an estimator would come over to check out the problem in a couple of hours. Totally not expected. The estimator, Manny, was a very nice guy. He inspected the furnace, and explained to me what was wrong with it in detail. A couple of parts needed replacement. He told me he would be back the next morning with the new parts, and in the meanwhile he made some temporarily connections that would get me through the night. That alone to me spoke more than anything else any other company would had done. They genuinely cared. I was so glad I wouldn't spend another night with no furnace in my house.
As promised, Manny fixed the furnace the next day, and I haven't had any problems with it ever since.
Honestly, if your looking for a company regarding any problem involving Heating & Air Conditioning, I promise you this company is really amaizing. I even got a chance to ask Manny a few questions. He told me he's been a HVAC mechanic for 14years. So you can be sure, no matter what the problem, you're gonna be in good hands.
