We had Michael inspected our new home yesterday.

He arrived a few minutes before our meeting time and started inspection right away.

Throughout the 3-hour inspection, Michael filled us in on everything he was finding. He was extremely thorough, and looked at every spot of the house he was able to get to. He worked incredibly hard!

Michael took the time to answer every question that we had, explained to us what would be the correct ways to fix these issues and associated cost. He made sure that we were comfortable with his opinion and explanations in one area before moving on to the next part of the house.

Michael filled out the report on-site. Within one hour after inspection, we received the report. This is very impressive!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Michael is punctual, professional, easy to talk to and extremely thorough. He spent over 2.5 hrs going through the entire house, top to bottom, inside and out, and even in the small crawl spaces. He pointed out all the deal breakers I was looking for help make my decision to purchase or not, as well as, provided estimates on remediation ideas on said deal breakers... Well, well worth the money! I will use him again for all my home inspections!
