4SightInspections did a full inspection on a house where the purchase was conditional upon inspection. I feel that it was a very thorough job they did, very accurate and it was very action oriented, providing significant insight into the home.

I did a Google search for a home inspector and I didn't compare prices because he was the only one to call me back. The price ended up being good and the inspection was great.

I found the company online and read a lot of positive reviews for them. I compared prices with other companies as well but they were very personable. The inspection seemed very thorough but we haven't moved yet so we have yet to see if anything was missing in the report.

I got Michael to see me as a last minute appointment (last August 28, 2013) as I was in a hurry to get the inspection done before the purchase agreement of the house expires. Good thing that it was him that did the inspection. Inspection was good as it came with prints and photos of the report which is very handy if you want to know what needs to be fix right away and what needs to be maintain in the future. He also gave me some tips around the house as I am a first time buyer. I have just moved in to my new house this past weekend and thought this is the best time to write a review of the wonderful job he did. Michael was fantastic! Great guy, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I never know whether or not to believe testimonials on websites but after our inspection, I know every positive comment made about 4sight is the truth. Not only did he point out the potential problems in great detail, he offered solutions and recommendations as well. A couple hours after the inspection was concluded, I received an 81 page report, complete with descriptions, photos (of everything...seriously), and ways to fix potential problems.
