We meet with Michael today, he was on time (beat us there) and we were very happy with his services. He was very thorough going through the property, and took his time. He pointed out issues with the home, and made helpful suggestions as to what we can do to fix them. He sent us the full report within 2 hours. We would recommend him to anyone in need of an inspection.

We used Michael for the first time for a home inspction . He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and provided insight into the workings of our house . The inspection was completed and his report was immediately submitted to us . We have had one issue arise and contacted him . He quickly responded and addressed our issue with no charge to us !! We will not hesitate to contact Micheal with any questions that we have in the future . Thank-you Micheal for being someone that we can trust !

Michael did a wonderful, in depth, and professional home inspection for us and promptly provided us with the report. He identified a number of issues including a structural issue in the attic and even came to do a secondary inspection for us once the issue had been resolved. We highly recommend his services to anyone requiring a home inspection!
