Originally my real estate agent had suggested that we use 2 other "well known" companies that have been around for a long time. However after reading reviews on these companies they didn't seem like they lived up to their reputation. Then I found Mike and his company and read review after review of great things people had to say. At the end of the day this was our first home and first home inspection and we wanted someone who was honest and true to what they could and could not provide. Mikes advice and walk through were great and the report that followed was clear and easy to understand as well as helpful in determining what needed to be changed.
Would recommend him to other people I know in a heart beat!
