Micheal promised many things in his website. This is why I chose him. Apparently he likes to break most of his promises. He does not do any thermal imaging. During the inspection time, I was with him and did not see him to use any such equipment. After moving into my house we found a big water leaking problem. I asked Michel to revisit my home but he was too busy to give me a schedule. Any way after Micheal' response, I am giving him a satisfactory rating.

Mir, I am sorry to hear you are still unhappy with my service. We have emailed regarding this already and you did in one email "see my point" regarding the thermal imaging and how long ago the inspection was. To reiterate, I do NOT break any promises. My business is built on integrity and honour. I have more than 200 reviews on this site from very happy customers. Never once has anyone said I did not complete the thermal scans. I have been offering free thermal imaging for four years now and have completed it on every inspection. I utilize one of three cameras, the Flir One for Iphone which is a thermal camera case that utilizes the iphone camera, the Flir I5 and the Flir I3. The I3 is my oldest camera and used mostly as backup. If any defects are found while utilizing the thermal equipment the defect is documented and photographed and added to the report. In the case of your water leak I can assure you that nothing showed up on the thermal scan and there was no visible signs of water or moisture. If there was it would be noted in the report. It is important to also keep in mind that your inspection was completed on July 11. There was no leak at the time of inspection. I cannot predict future behaviour or future defects or lifespan of any component. I only have the capacity to give a thorough snapshot of the condition of the home and its components at the time of the inspection. Further, your home is around 80 yrs old which makes it prone to defects and more maintenance. It is also fair to point out there were more than three dozen defects noted in your report. I think this would show that I am very thorough. My promises to my clients are always kept. I have at least twice per week that I revisit homes for clients at no cost the them to inspect repairs that have been completed. I take phone calls every day from past clients to assist them with advice or helping to identify something they do not fully understand. I perform thermal scans on every inspection. It is unfortunate that there was a leak in your home after you took possession but in my opinion it is not fair to blame me for something that occurred after the inspection. Finally, I would like to point out that I did not at any time say I was too busy. On the Friday I stated that I was not available until the following week. You did not get back to me after that.
