Heptagon Renovations

A previous contractor had build my front steps without the proper support. We decided to replace the steps completely. Many boards on my back deck were rotten. Furthermore water was pooling where the railings were touching the deck. Doru replaced the rotting boards; built a partial new bannister, and cut the railings to allow water to flow from the deck. Next the back gate was sagging. Doru straightened everything out and made it strong. I now have something that actually works well and looks good. And that goes for each project. He is honest, courteous and reasonable. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using his services again.

Dore removed a wall and finsihed rest of the walls along with paint job. He did an excellent job. He grasped very quickly as to what I want and took care of small little things that come as surprise even without asking him

So far this summer, Doru parged one of my basement walls which was showing early signs of moisture leaking through and then painted it – excellent job and very reasonably priced; and just yesterday, he completed scraping six layers of 90-year-old oil-based peeling paint from the front of my house (I live in a storefront downtown) – and then repainted the whole lower frontage – took about a week of hard work, but Doru showed up on time, worked hard and he was a joy to have around. The job involved some carpentry and repair to old wooden carvings along the front of the house as well.

Since I wasn’t always here, Doru came and went as he needed – a totally trustworthy, skilled carpenter, house-painter and basement-wall fixer. I have a few other jobs around here that will need doing before autumn – and I’ll be calling Doru to do them for me. I honestly would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family, or to anyone who needs his services.
He’s a true gem.
