Optima Windows and Doors

We now have a very good looking, high quality windows!! The wife and the usually critical daughter are very happy with the installation.

Thanks to Optima - from Salesperson - Gleb, to Chris in the office and to the installers (Artur and company). You rarely find people of these calibers/skills; the work is top notch.

Very satisfied with workmanship - it is a class act from start to finish - the job is completed in a day - about 25 windows big and small, plus patio door completed like clockwork. Cleanup is thorough.

The product and project was first explained by Gleb Diyachenko, who was very nice and answered all our questions. His professional service was excellent. The installation was lead by Arthur. He and his team made an excellent job too. They covered the floor and the house was clean after the job. Was great for us that it was finished in 1 day, less than we expected.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Optima Windows from START TO FINISH!!! From dealing with the owner-sales person even to the installers, everyone was beyond Professional to deal with. Literally couldn't of asked for a better quality/amazing job these guys delivered and the windows were delivered and installed the same day as promised! Good service, honesty and respect. The team completed the job in 2 days and were efficient. Very friendly. Cleaning was done for the whole job after they were done. Helpful in putting up temporary newspaper covering the windows during the 2 day installation. The windows have helped maintain heat in the house which I was previously losing due to rotted wood frames. The Low E2 vinyl windows have a nice design and lock.
