Optima Windows and Doors

A team of 5 arrived around 8:30am and worked right through the day till 7pm replacing a total of 24 Windows including some large windows and patio doors. The initial consultation with Chris was well explained with the all the pros and cons on why we should go with Optima, follow up date for measurements was provided and 1 rep arrived on schedule and was professional. Follow up call provided an installion date and they arrived and completed on schedule. Installers were professional and focused. They ensured protective coverings were placed on the floors to avoid damage and had several garbage containers and all garbage was removed and clean. They left the house as it was before - clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending optima based on my experience.

We had a great experience with our Windows from Optima Home Improvements. Right from the beginning, we were impressed with the professionalism of the salesperson (Chris), and the work crew he sent. We had done a lot of research on windows and were very impressed with their top notch product. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of their windows. The installation work crew was fast, professional, and competent. We had a slight mix-up with the order but they rectified the situation promptly and without hassle. And then to top it off, we had an energy audit complete after the installation and the inspector was amazed by the energy efficiency of the windows. He was able to apply an additional rebate to our credit (beyond what we had been expecting), thereby further reducing the total cost of the project. All in all, a great experience!!! I would highly recommend Optima Home Improvements!

My husband and I are extremely happy and pleased with the service from Optima Home Improvements from beginning to end. The sales gentleman Gleb was very professional, knowledged and had a great sense of humor. The contractors, Ben and Marat, who installed our new windows, were wonderful. The kept their work-space clean, were great to detail when removing and installing and most important, installed our windows professionally with great eye for detail in the fitting and good time-frame for the installation. They took care of our home and ensured we were happy with their service before leaving. We would recommend Optima for window replacement. They have great quality windows with great quality service. From the very beginning when we met with Chris. We were very impressed with his presentation and when we heard the cost we were sold immediately. Their workmanship was excellent and there was absolutely no mess to clean up. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The after service was really excellent. They even fixed my storm door free of charge! Very professional and organized. My neighbor was so impressed with the quality that they even asked who I got it done from. Would highly recommend to others.

Very satisfied with the work done. Professional and detailed. I like how the arch window casings are fnished. There were a few hiccups that occurred, but those were dealt with professionally. The entire team involved were a pleasure to deal with.

The 2 Gentleman that came to perform the work were very knowledgable and experienced with the work and process to complete the job. They were both friendly and courteous to me and my children. The were very aware of safe work habits and cleaned the garbage as the work was being performed so that the area did not look messy.
Their estimated time for completion was a little off but the work was done completely with no hassles.
