Optima Windows and Doors

I was pretty happy when they finished the window installation. I get what I wanted, It looks perfect fit in our room. Thanks to Alina for hearing out my requirement and deliver the same in a timely manner.

The previous owner of my house had the ugliest doors I have ever seen. They needed to get changed out. The crew here gave us the best quote and had a wide selection of doors to choose from. We picked a door and they were out the next day for the install, which took like an hour and was a good install. Very level and straight overall.

I am pleased with their level of service and commitment. The management team was courteous and professional. As we requested they finished installation within the time frame before our Big day celebration.

I needed some new windows in my house and had them buy and install some windows. Our Installer Mike from Optima Windows and Doors came on time and did the right thing. He is someone you can find rare from local services, because he is very polite and soft spoken. Also, very much experienced person.

Getting a quote was super easy and free. Thanks to Anastasia. They had a nice selection of windows that they could install. I ended up getting a few different types and the price really wasn’t that bad. The entire installation process was fast and easy, really satisfied with how it all turned out.

I would never expect 21 windows and one sliding door can be installed within a day!!! Optima windows and doors know exactly what they are doing! Now our home is worm and quiet. And two of our neighbors have ordered windows through them as well.

New to home ownership, had to replace all the windows and doors in the house...gleb came to our house, my brother and I had no clue what to do, all we knew was that the windows where back, falling apart and drafts big time, we had an idea what we wanted, gleb explained to use the different choices we had,, between crank oper and slide,

In the end we selected slide cuz we wanted more light in the house...

We have ordered 26 windows and entry door from Optima. Pros: they have bitten any other quotes with comparable quality windows, they helped us to arrange the rebate, they were always available for questions and answered all of them, installers did the job beyond her expectation. To improve: waiting times. We understand the supply chain issue, but we needed to wait for three months for the product to get installed.

Excellent customer service, always communicating regarding any updates, installers are very meticulous and professional. Definitely recommend you guys to everyone who needs great service in price. Reliable people to deal with!
