Toute Suite

I was looking to match a drapery that I already had and I was helped with the utmost concern for getting the correct match and efficiency of service. Excellent follow up and notification of delivery. This business wants to keep your business and delivers on promises.

We were directed to Toute Suite by a family member that happened upon the store. After looking carefully at several options we decided to order a custom sectional, adding an extra section not featured in the floor model. Though there was a lag in processing time we thrilled with the final product. The delivery was exceptionally smooth and we would not hesitate to use Toute Suite again.

The owner, Vish was extremely helpful and patient while choosing my sofas. He kept me informed of the progress of the order and arranging immediate delivery from the manufacturers to my home. Thank you

Very unique store with unique higher quality furniture. You can order exactly what you want, down to the fabrics and colouring (for my kitchen stools). They have it made in Canada and shipped. This is not a one-stop shop where you can only get what's on the floor like a typical big box store. I shopped around and their pricing is definitely one of the best. Very friendly service, they keep you informed as to when your product is ready. Would definitely return for my next furniture purchase.

This is not our first time ordering from Toute Suite, and will certainly not be our last (we've ordered our sofa for our family room, two accent chairs, and one ottoman from them so far, plus the bed this time). We were looking for an upholstery King-size bed for our master bedroom. We didn't have a good idea of the style we wanted, so we looked around other retail stores first. As it was always the case with most retail stores, there wasn't much flexibility in terms of customization (unless budget is not an issue to you of course) and choices were rather limited. We then emailed Vish the style we had in mind and wanted to see what he could offer.

He promptly replied back with catalogue from local furniture suppliers that included beds in our selected styles. We picked out the one we wanted and asked him the possibility of modifying some details more to our liking (incl. removing the studs lining the headboard). He promptly confirmed the feasibility of the customization, gave advice on the fabric selection when we asked, and put through the order. Note that since we ordered a sofa from him before, there is a store credit reward he put on our file, which he (without us asking, since we've forgotten ourselves) offered it to us when we put down the order for the bed.

As the bed is made locally (unlike many of the other retailer stores where shipment comes from the states, meaning customers have to wait for weeks and weeks), we got our bed within 3 weeks. His delivery team was just as good, very flexible in terms of time of the delivery, and helped us put together the bed, leaving us with no extra work at all.

Thanks Vish for your help once again. When we showed our bed to our friends and family, they were all very amazed at the good quality of the bed we got. We look forward to continuing working with Toute Suite in the future, and won't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone else out there who're looking for a trusted boutique furniture store that delivers quality furniture.

it was (still is) a real pleasure to deal with Toute Suite people/products. Their products are top quality and the advises given by Vish really helped us to select what's best for our needs.

I've been to the store many times, and baught all my living room furniture from there. The store and the service is great. It would be a mistake to go anywhere but there.

Excellent quality furniture. We've purchased two sectionals and are very happy. Vish was very patient and helpful as we made our decision. Delivery staff were great and on time as scheduled after our renovation was complete. We'l be back to Toute Suite for the bedroom furniture. Forget big box stores and check out Toute Suite!
