Best review came from the guy from the counter company. He was using lasers to measure for counter - "this kitchen is really straight!" He was shocked given we had a U-shaped area with a peninsula and neither the floors nor the walls are straight in this old Victorian!

They have a strict contract which made us do a better planning job. We also found a delivery error from Ikea and made sure we had the right parts when they arrived so the job went smoothly.

Tell them what you want done and get out of their way - they are really good. We had several spots that required custom fillers and they look great - even created a 5 inch wide door from a drawer front for a tray cupboard. Willing to provide excellent and experience advice.

Would strongly recommend. In and out as scheduled.

We hired BML ( Bohdan & Leo ) to install our IKEA kitchen. We selected them based on the reviews they had and then the conversation I had with them. They lived up to their review reputation.
I generally do not review or recommend any contractor, but these guys did exceptional work and must get my positive review.

They committed to start on a certain date and they did. They finished the work on time. They kept the site neat and clean. The quality of work was good.

I would recommend talking to them ealry in the process, if you want to get best results. They know a lot about renovating kitchens and especially IKEA kitchens. It will save you lots of headaches and maybe some money if you order after keeping their tips in mind.

If I had to hire them again, I would surely do so.

I found Leo and Bohdan online and asked them to come by to help with the design of my new kitchen. They were able to come soon after and arrived on time. I live in a very old upside victorian house in Riverdale and the kitchen is on the third floor. A hall mark of this type of house is that it is very uneven with undulations in the walls and floors. Leo and Bohdan helped me create a design that worked very well for the space. I was able to access it on the ikea site and order all the required pieces. They built a custom pantry using Ikea cabinets, an enlarged island and a new wall of cabinets. They did an incredible job. Their work was excellent, their communication was always quick, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it for the price they quoted me. I highly recommend them. The work speaks for itself - and the process was painless!

Leo and Bohdan installed our poorly designed IKEA kitchen. They were very helpful giving advice we never received from the IKEA kitchen planners. Kitchen looks great. My husband & I contacted Bodhan & Leo, the father & son who are BML, to install IKEA cabinets for us. This was the start of an extremely positive renovation experience. Their website promises a worry free & well managed experience which they truly deliver upon. They designed the layout for the cabinets we wanted to install & installed them in two days. The communication from the very beginning was wonderful. We had a number of questions prior to starting the installation and they always responded in a timely way providing concise information & helpful suggestions. Prior to the start date they provide very clear information concerning the installation and their needs to complete the project which we found very helpful. The cabinets look wonderful. It's hard to believe that they're not custom made. Actually, Bodhan & Leo did make "custom" adjustments to create the very polished look of the cabinetry. The excellent communication & craftsmanship of both Bodhan & Leo demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. We couldn't be happier and we want to share with everyone our satisfaction.

It was difficult to find renovation contractors that will do what they say or even simply show up for work in a condo so I've ended up doing most of the work myself. When it came to my new kitchen install, I didn't want to take a chance so I searched through Homestars and found Bohdan and Leo. They are the first contractors who showed up and delivered exactly what was discussed. The walls and bulkhead in my galley kitchen are uneven but you can't tell because of their workmanship and problem solving. The kitchen looks amazing!
