From our first calls back when you were just trying to learn about the process and what to expect I could tell that you were organized, motivated and willing to put in the time to prepare properly for something as substantial as a full home renovation and addition. Having now gone through this process with you I can say that the pleasure was all mine, although we may have had different ideas as to where the fridge should go :) I feel that our cooperation and collaboration really helped to raise the quality of the final design and ensured that the details were specific to your families wants and needs.
