I was very pleased with the service we received from Leroy of LPB Heating and Air Conditioning. He was able to accommodate his time to my work schedule which is very important to me. Additionally Leroy was thorough and clean in his work. Where there were problems he called me to show and explain well what needed to be done. Most importantly I felt I could trust Leroy. Trust is extremely important especially when you need to have a job done on equipment that generally speaking most of us don't understand.

I had an old original unit (over 30 years old) that suddenly died. Had two known reputable companies that came in. One was very expensive who mentioned that there wasn't enough space to replace the new unit along with new venting system. The other said it was too difficult and declined the job. My referral to Leroy was a dream came through. Met with Leroy on. Sunday and had a furnace installed by Tuesday. This job took Leroy about 5 hours, if that long! I do appreciate Leroy's level of professionalism and punctuality. Job well done...would not hesitate to recommend him!!

On a Friday evening when my furnace died leaving me n family in the cold, i very disappointed n upset in the few companies I called telling me they would not be able to look at it until Monday n for the other companies who sais tbey would come out that evening was charging me an ARM N A LEG

Leroy came to my home not more than a half hour after I had called him to inspect the vents I had to put in for Enercare to vent my furnace room. Leroy came in and very professionally inspected the vents I had installed myself. He said it was done well and passed it by signing of on my red tag.
