New Fence

I contracted Green Side Up to remove a section of our backyard fence and build a new one. Grant visited us for an assessment, submitted a quote, and after receiving approval, he followed-up until our project was scheduled. John, Hank and Robert were at our place at 7:00 and started working non-stop until the old fence was completely removed and the new one was built. The whole project was completed to our total satisfaction in less than 8 hours! These guys are extremely professional, and accommodating. We are so happy with their job that we are already signing in for a new project with them!

New Fence

Follow-up to fence job complication/problem, great resolution of post-job issues

Fences & Gates review in Toronto

Jay and company did our fence in the fall of '18. As construction jobs go, there were some unintended consequences associated with our in-ground sprinkler system and some damage resulted.

Jay gave us a credit off the fence job for the necessary fixes to the water/irrigation system, however the actual costs incurred in spring of '19 to fix were higher than the original credit amount.

Without any hassle, Jay refunded us the incremental costs from the fence job.

It was the most upstanding/professional experience!! Jay is the most trustworthy/honest contractor we've ever dealt with.

Highly recommended to others!!!!

We are thoroughly please with the work provided by Green Side Up. From the initial meeting to discuss our needs, to the quote provided and installation this project could not have gone any smoother. Jay, Grant and the crew of 3 that installed the fence were easy going but very professional. Our fence that was installed looks great and is very sturdy, it will last for many, many years.

Fence

I used the fence calculator on their website and received a detailed estimate almost instantly. I liked what I saw so I contacted Jay and he was at my home the same day to take measurements. He then provided me with an official estimate which matched the pricing as the original estimate I received from their website.
Jay was able to answer all my questions so we decided to move forward.
Prior to the job starting, Jay introduced me to his project manager Grant and their two carpenters Daniel and Cory. Just prior to the project starting, I requested some changes which were accommodated without any issues at all.
Throughout the project, Grant kept me up to speed and Daniel and Cory did an excellent job building our new fence for us.
We are very happy and would highly recommend Green Side Up.

Back Deck Rebuild

Decks review in Aurora

Green Side Up recently completed the demolition and rebuilding of our back deck in Toronto. The finished project looks wonderful. We’re very happy with it. During the build, the project manager, Jay, was always available to answer our questions and to make sure we got the features we wanted. The people working on the build were friendly and professional. Thanks to Victor especially, for working hard through sunshine and rain. The quality of work has been excellent. The project took longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. We would not hesitate to recommend Green Side Up’s services.
