Thank you Jay and Mariana! They helped us out of a pinch and did a great job. We had hired a fencing contractor/handyman who was unable to do the job, due to illness. I called Jay in early November and he and his crew got the job down by the 3rd week in November, despite the snow and freezing temperatures. We had to replace an old fence and gate, after having removed a large, dying tree.
Their crew members were polite, considerate and more importantly, did a great job! I LOVE the new gate!
The work had to be paused during the below zero temperatures but it was completed in very reasonable time, which impressed us. Jay is excellent at communicating with the customer and we were always aware of the process. We will have them back in the spring to do more work.

This fence job is something we were both looking forward to greatly and had immense nerves about for a long time. We had seen our previous, old, badly constructed fence take quite a beating over the past couple of years as the climate and sloping backyard gave it a beating. At first, we were thinking of finding an alternative to the customary wood fence because we wondered whether thinking of different materials would help it last longer. We wanted to make sure our fence was as close to a forever fence as could be. The work this team did has exceeded our expectations.

Jay and his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. They are professional, organized, great at communicating (something we notice is in short supply in the contracting world), and take great pride in their work. The retaining wall they made is something beautiful. And the fence looks like it will keep all the zombies away once the apocalypse hits;)

And they certainly didn't disappoint! Zach was our carpenter for the project and the quality of his work is exceptional! We found Green Side Up on Home Stars and we are extremely pleased that we chose them to replace our fence. We were impressed by how professional, organized, and efficient Green Side Up is. We found that the quote for our fence project to be detailed and fair.

Our journey began with obtaining an initial estimate from their website. We found that the online calculator to be a really helpful tool as a first step. Next, we had a more detailed meeting with Mariana. She was a pleasure to deal with and offered numerous helpful suggestions to some of the issues we were dealing with. We were also impressed with how quickly Mariana (as Project Manager) and Jay responded to any of our inquiries prior to and during the project.

John and Derek were assigned to our project and they too were a pleasure to deal with. The fence that he and Derek built is beautiful. We had decided to reuse our old gate, but with John having so much pride in his work, he could not fully complete the job without building a new gate. Our new gate is as beautiful as the rest of the fence. Both he and Derek were also conscious about cleaning up every day. Much appreciated.

We had our fence replaced and the workmanship was tremendous! The guys are very talented, skilled and hard working and kept us in the loop over the course of the two days. It was done on time, without any issues and the crew was great - very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to speak with us throughout the project.
