Rupert and his team did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. They showed up on time (actually they called to ask if they could come earlier than arranged which was fine with me). They were friendly and respectful of our property, and explained the entire process to us.

Rupert and his team did some excellent work cleaning air ducts, the furnace, the AC and bathroom vents. They were efficient and very fast, and were very accommodating considering a trickier house access for their equipment. I would highly recommend this group.

This is not the first time we used this company. They were professional and went over and above for us. My dryer vent was really dirty and they offered to clean that out. They had all the covid protocols in place to make us feel safe while they were in our home. I was surprised how quick, they were! They offered us a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived. This company is our go to duct services and will always recommend them to our family and friends! We are beyond happy with the service.

Twelve Points provided an exceptional level of service. They went above and beyond in every way. My home needed a cleaning (ducts/vent had not been cleaned in many years). They were flexible about scheduling and worked around my time constraints. They showed up early, the crew took great care around the home. Showed me photos of the inside of the vents before cleaning, took the time to do a very through job, showed me photos afterwards. They had all the right equipment. My dryer vent was difficult to access and another provider had quoted me a very large fee to do it - Twelve Points did it for the standard fee (and saved me from a potential fire hazard). They even took the time to cut away a piece of my carpeting to expose one of the vents that had been covered (I hadn't even asked them to and they still took the time to do it). This is what quality service should be like. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Will use again and will highly recommend. -AQ
