Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

We recently hired Twelve Points to clean our ducts. Rupert and his team arrived on time, and were very friendly, informative and very respectful while working through our home. They were very professional and efficient. I will definitely hire them again.

From speaking with Nadine on the phone with many questions to Rupert and Brown arriving EARLY dealing with 12 Points was a professional experience from beginning to end. Both were respectful of our property inside and out. They were thorough in all of the work, communicated about issues and gave helpful tips for future maintenance and were a pleasure to have work in our home. The brush method was my preferred choice and the 17 year old ducts look new inside. Great peace of mind with the dryer vents now clean too! Thank you 12 Points!

I called Twelve Points after moving into a new home and I found them via homestars due to the glowing reviews and they did not disappoint! They came the day after I called and were on time. Rupert had come in and done a home evaluation and promptly provided an accurate quote that was no different than what they offer online. I have had duct cleaners before that had come in and out in less than 30 mins, but these guys were very thorough in their jobs. They cleaned and pre-vac'd all the vents and then taped them up before the cleaning. Afterwards Rupert showed me the job they had performed on the vents and obviously I was satisfied and would definitely recommend and hire them again!
