Rupert and his team did a whole house duct cleaning service for me, including furnace, blower, ac coil, dryer vents and sanitizing. Rupert is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very responsive and was able to come next day. The cleaning was done quickly but very thoroughly. Rupert showed me before and after pics and also demonstrated what they were doing and why they do it that way. Job was also done cleanly and without any mess. I will gladly hire them again!

Rupert and his team did a great job. They were punctual, professional and did not rush the job even though I was told it was one of the more challenging jobs they had done. They answered all questions and provided explanations for the work they were doing. They also were very careful working around brand new hardwood flooring that was done. Also provided before and after photos of ducts. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend their services.

Rupert and Brown came to clean our house for the first time ever. Our system was spewing dust everywhere and it was completely filthy. The guys did a thorough job and walked me through every step since I'm no expert. Overall, our system works much better now. Great job fellas!

We knew our ducts needed cleaning so I looked on Homestars and found Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning with a 99% score. So I booked an appointment for today with Rupert on-line for 1:00pm. Well Rupert and Dennis show up and what a great experience. Rupert took pictures of the duct work then we sat down and went through what needed to be done. As the pictures and dust in the cold air returns indicated we had ducts that had not be cleaned in some time. Rupert and Dennis took care of it quickly and professionally checking in with us every once in awhile. If your not sure have Twelve Points come out and clean your ducts. You will be very pleased with the work and results. Price is dependent on what you have done and how many ducts you have. Our package included the dryer vent. Very pleased with the work,

I normally never do a review of home services but this job was exceptional.
I must do it to praises the team for their work.
They arrived on time.
They accommodated the difficult parking area on the Toronto street.
I followed the cleaners and they did not mind.
They clean and show me before and after picture.
They cleaned the AC coil and now I probably do not have to replace the furnace.
The furnace is now running very well.
