Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

We just had Twelve Points clean our ducts, furnace, AC, etc and they did a fantastic job, wearing PPE of course. Heads up, they cost more than the people that call/harass you unsolicited <500 million times per year. Though you can clearly see the value in the quality of service and professionalism they provide. Also, it's always a joy to see a Black-owned company operating with such excellence and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Just moved into a house and not knowing when if ever the ducts were cleaned I wasn't confident about the air quality. Although it cost a little more; after being up sold; I am very happy with the out come.
Punctual, polite and professional

Rupert and his team were extremely punctual, thorough and professional. My air ducts and dryer vent really needed cleaning and I was worried about who to call. They were highly recommended by a friend and I was very happy to see that her recommendation was on point. They absolutely take pride in their work and go above and beyond. He showed me the before and after pictures and I'm so glad I called them. My ducts are now sparkling clean and sanitized. We can all breathe easier. My dryer vent is clean and I can rest easy knowing that my dryer will work more efficiently and the lint build up is no longer a fire hazard. They are now on my list of service providers. My review is going to be in details but it is worth for the Home owners who are looking for duct/vent cleaning. I will try to be precise and to the point.

1. Rupert and Paul are great Team.. Came on Time and professional.
2. Rupert briefed me step by step on what and how it is going to be done.
3. They were very careful with the property. Safety of the house/floor is one of their priority (see pictures).
4. Rupert wanted me to follow him that what is he doing and to show me before and after.
5. Rupert knows what he is doing and he loves his job.. The reason why I am telling this is he himself won't be satisfied until he is 100% sure that the duct/vent is complete cleaned.
6. He took his time and did not rush at all
7. It took him almost 2.5 hrs to complete the house. I had other contractors who were in and out within 1 hr and we have no idea what they did.
8. When vents were cleaned he sanitized and air pressured the vents so it vent all over the ducts which kill any kind of bacteria.
9. I will definitely hire him again and no need to look anyone else. He was very nice polite and will keep asking customer if they have any kind of question.

I have attached few picture, I wish I could've attached video clips but unable to do so. I tired to upload as many pictures as I could. The pictures are mixed up so it includes how they prep for the cleaning/before and after/dust in ducts/concrete and other things found in the Ducts/Cleaning of return air and spraying sensitization in the vents.

I guess my review will help others to decide who they want to hire..

Rupert and Paul arrived at the scheduled time and were not discouraged about the difficulties of my house . They did a thorough job; the after photos were impressive. I also appreciated the explanations.

The team was on time, professional and safe. They wore masks the entire time they were at the house. They thoroughly checked, cleaned and sanitized everything. We were extremely happy with their service. Would highly recommend.

Rupert was excellent - he came within 24 hours of request, resolved my problem quickly and did great work. Would highly recommend him for any duct issues and would certainly use his services again!

We had them in today and they were great. Arrived a bit early, phoned ahead, prompt, professional and proficient. Rupert and Jay provided excellent service. They observed COVID protocols as well by wearing masks the whole time. I would definitely hire them again.

Today I had my air ducts cleaned by Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning. When we had called and lever a message to find out pricing, they were quick to call us back. They arrived on time and took time to show me where the previous company did not clean properly. Although I try my best to vacuum my dryer, there are portions I can not get to and there removed sooo much! That could be a fire waiting to happen! They even left my house smelling nice! This was a great experience and I highly recommend them!
