After having construction work done in our house, creating lots of dust, we realized we needed to get our air ducts cleaned. We used HomeStars to get quotes from a number of highly-rated firms and Twelve Points had the best quote. They also satisfied us about their COVID protocols. Today, Rupert, Paul and Dennis came and did an excellent job. They were very thorough, efficient, explained what they were doing, and were very pleasant to have in our home. Rupert and Paul arrived on schedule and quickly began preparing for the cleaning. They explained the process and patiently answered my questions as the cleaning proceeded. Good communication by Rupert and was punctual. Price was good but there is a bit of up selling. No pressure as Rupert just informs you about the extra work but I would recommend staying with the lower packages. The higher ones range to about 500$. Rupert was very nice and friendly
