Essential Disposal is a wonderful company to do business with! I rented a dumpster bin from them for an extended period. The price was exactly as quoted, there were no hidden fees or surprises upon billing. Also the people in the office and the drivers were all super nice, friendly and helpful! I was very nervous to rent a bin as I had never done this before but the whole experience was perfect. I will use them again and 100% recommend this company!

We needed a smaller bin for our concrete and interlock. Essential Disposal services were very helpful and made the whole process from ordering, delivery and pick up very easy. I would use them again.

I was recommended Essential Disposal Services by a family member and checked their website. I called them and was given the information about their service in a clear manner. I found their quotation reasonable. They met the time frame i.e. the delivery of the container was done on time and so also the pick-up. They even allowed me to keep the container for an additional day. I was very satisfied and know that in the future, if I need to do this again, I would use this company.

I have now used Essential Disposal twice, over the past two years. Their service has been outstanding. They were able to deliver my bins early on the delivery dates, and were always prompt to pick up my bins when we were done with them. The staff, both on the phone, and the delivery personnel were pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called them in the afternoon asking for a price, and also when they can drop off the bin. They delivered the bin within 4 hours (I didn't think I would get it until the next day).

We required a bin to haul away about 3.5 yards of soil and sod we removed for new gardens we installed. When I asked for a quote they were quick to respond and delivered the bin when I asked. We did not have to be home when they delivered the bin and it was placed exactly where I instructed them to place it. Once it was filled we left a message for the pick up and it was removed on the next business day. Best part was we did not have to pay a disposal fee like all the rest of the company's I asked for a quote. All and all, first rate service from start to finish. Will not hesitate to use Essential Disposal the next time I have a lot of waste to remove.

Great team at a great company. My basement flooded and I called Essential to get a 10 yard bin. Service was fantastic. From the phone call to the emails to the drivers. I ended up ordering a second bin, a 6 yarder to complete the job. I am also on the board of directors for a private co-operative community and after the great experience with my personal flood clean-up with Essential, I convinced the board to go with them for a 40 yard & a 30 yard bin for our communities annual spring clean up! Again, the service was top notch and the price extremely fair. Great job Essential!

From the first time to the second time using Essential Disposal Services, very happy with the service I received. The ladies on the phone cheerful & extremely helpful on choosing the right bins. Their Driver Matt also extremely professional. Even when I wanted the bin put on Front Lawn, no qualms! Will definitely use their services for future projects... Second year we've used this company. Last year for in-house renovations and this year for fence and deck renovations. Great service with a reasonable price. Would use again for another project in the future!

This company has pleasant, easy to deal with staff. They gave advice as to size, dropped off and picked up the bin on schedule, and were careful to put it where I wanted. Their price is competitive as well, I believe.
