We had our bathroom remodeled recently and are very very happy with the final results. Manny did not change his quoted price as many contractors do and in fact did more work than was even originally planned. He and his colleague showed up on time each day of the job and he only takes on 1 job at a time, so his hours are always the same and his work is focused. Manny was very flexible with any changes we wanted as the project went along and very willing to work with different materials. Him and his colleague are not smokers either, so they took very little breaks and did not make a mess of the house. We are so happy with his work that we have put other projects on hold until he has time again to come back.

He was knowledgeable, professional, very easy to deal with and we had great communication.

Manos was true to his word. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job expertly within the time limit quoted. I had 5 other people quote this job. 3 never got back to me and two others said they would not be able to start until next spring. Manos started within days of offering me a quote that was better than the other two. My fence looks great! One word of thought to gardeners and nothing to do with Manos. You may want to complete this type of project in the fall because much of you garden will need to be cut back.

After two other estimates, we decided to go with him.
After starting the project, we uncovered unreparable issues and decided to review rebuild it from scratch.
Mano was extremely patient and accommodating while my wife and came up with our porch design on the fly. His price adjustment was fair and reasonable for an initial estimate of 5 says that turned into 12 says.
The final product is amazing. Something we are all proud of, including Mano, who takes great pride over his work.
All my neighbours stop by and make remarkable comments.
We love our new porch and I am glad we decided to rebuild it.
