The house they built is a disaster, very cheap materials they used, carpets after a year is wavy or not properly installed, the faucets and sinks are corroded after two years. Not really happy with the builder and their workmanship.
The backyard is really big and it gave us space for our dogs. We have three big dogs so the backyard was really perfect. The kitchen is really nice as well. But it could use some upgrades. The bathrooms were also amazing. Especially the master bath.

Terrible experience buying a Klair home just over a year ago and still deficiencies are not resolved. A Klair home has promises to fix and repair items as document on the walkthrough and on our purchase contract but they do not show up to fix documented issues. We often have to call and chase down the builder to ask where they are on days they scheduled work to be completed at the house. Many times when builder shows up they would look around maybe work for an hour and disappears with no notice and leave the work incomplete. Over a the past year and a half we had to start the process to get resolution through The Alberta New Home Warranty Program. This is not our first home but dealing with Klair Custom Homes has been defiantly the most stressful situation that an owner of a newly built home should never have to go through. We bought a new from Klair believing them that we would have fewer issues and that they would resolve the defficence as identified and agreed to (not true with this experience). If I had to do it over again I would pay more for a house of the same size built by a different builder then deal with Klair Custom Homes. Do you do diligence ask for Klair Custom Homes to provide 3 to 6 references ( Klair Home Owners) and ask the owners how their dealings were on resolving agreed to deficiencies.
