My fiance took half a day off of work to meet the guys at my house. He was there from 12 until 4 waiting for them. The guy from the company called me at 1:35 pm telling me that he wasn't going to go to my house because I gave him the wrong deal find code.... I told him my fiance is at the house with the coupon that I printed directly from DEALFIND and that he would give it to them when they got there. Or alternatively, I could call him back within the half hour to provide him with the code number as I was on my lunch. The worker wouldn't provide me with a return contact number. He said it is a company phone number and he is not allowed to give it out.... I asked him how we were supposed to work this out then and reiterated the fact that the cleaning needed to be done TODAY). He said I could email the company or he would call me back in half an hour. I emailed the company and called and left messages at the company, no reply and the worker didn't bother to call me back. I get an email the next morning saying they can come on April 4th, 2014.... I MOVE ON MARCH 31st, 2014. I dont know how I could have made this fact ANY CLEARER. This was handled very unprofessionally. I was counting on the cleaners to come in and do the work that was promised. My landlord was coming to inspect the house two days later.... My fiance lost money by taking half a day off of work to meet these guys at the house. I now had the option to either hire a new company at full cost to do the work or rent a substandard steam cleaner and spend 5 hours with one machine to do the work myself. I was in the middle of a move with 3 kids and no time to complete this work.... I also now had to take half of the day off of work and loose income because of this company's unprofessional behaviour. I gave them 2 different numbers they could have called to work this out with me, they chose to leave me high and dry. Dealfind offered me a "credit" on my account for the $29. Not impreseed with either company.

Stay Away From this company.
1. The appointments can only be done online. It is easier to book an appointment over the phone but they don’t accept this. You have to do it online.
2. I selected 6 dates as instructed online but they did not mention anything about the dates I selected and chose a totally random date
3. I received an email to confirm the date for the appointment to which I responded. 2 days later I got another email to confirm the date to which I responded. The night of the appointment I got another email to confirm the date and immediately after a phone call. I could not do the 3rd confirmation over the phone since they only accept confirmations over email. I was told to respond to the email or they will not come
4. Technician was rude when arriving to the appointment. The technician was asked to take off his shoes because they were full of snow and he refused because he had tools to carry
5. The technician finished the job very quickly. The job was not done properly and when told that there are spots on the carpet that look to be dirty, the technician said he does not see any spots. When we pointed to one he said that it is the only spot he can see. On top of this the carpet was left full of water so I will have to rent a carpet cleaner and properly clean and dry the carpet.

I am glad i only paid $35 for this job. The time I have to spend to fix what this company did, the rental carpet cleaner, and whatever else I need for cleaning I will end up spending the same amount I would have sepnt if I got a professional company to clean the carpet.

Purchased a coupon from Living Social. Techinician cleaned carpets on about October 11/13. The Evirotech technician walked on my porcelain and marble floors with the same shoes that he used while cleaning the carpets. He left stains on my floors and I have been trying to contact Envirotek via email and telephone. It has been a month and a half and still no response from Envirotech. I have left messages for Mr Cameron Harley, who on their website is listed as the Owner/Manager. It seems odd that this company actuallly cleans porcelain floors and they just seem to refuse to address this issue. I believe that this is a franchise company. I wish I could speak to someone in their head office about customer service.

He charged extra for the double scrub and protection services, but the carpet is not clean at all, some area is worse than before. He finished the entire house (living room, 3 bedrooms, hall way, stairs ) in one hour with a small old machine, when we complained to him, he is very rude and spoke dirty words, the worst experience I had in my life.

DO NOT PURCHASE duct cleaning from this company...it is the worst company ever to deal with and they use a commercial vacuum (which only cleans the surface of the ducts) rather than using the compressor from a truck! I can clean the ducts better than them. When I complained, they were very rude. I tried to receive a refund from Swarmjam but Envirotek told them that they would come back. After weeks of trying to receive the refund, I conceded to have this company come back but then they would NOT EVEN answer my emails (sent them numerous). The person responding in the email could not even spell correctly and of course NO ONE ever answers their phones! RUN AWAY fast and do not bother ordering their service as they will only try to upsell while not even doing a proper job at the current task! I finally got a refund from Swarmjam because this company is so pathetic!!

Purchased voucher from dealfind to steam clean carpet (3 rooms and a hallway) at $29. First the web site appointment booking doesn't comply with my internet browser (IE8 and Safari). No one ever answers the phone, you'll always have to leave a message for them to get back to you whenever. When I finally got the appointment, they won't give you a timeframe until the night before or the morning of the day of appointment. The upsale was immediate as soon as the guy (Olek) walks through the door. Apparently a different chemical has to be used to thoroughly clean the rooms. The impression we got was either he does a horrendous non-existent job or we pay him the extra CASH for the recommended upgraded service he'll perform. Would never go with this service again!

I too bought a voucher for steam cleaning of three rooms, a hallway and couch for $39.

I was charged a double scrub fee for my couch which cost $50 extra - as apparently the steam clean in the voucher isn't good enough for couches. Since I bought the voucher mainly for the couch, and was unable to get ahold of the head office to discuss and I went ahead with the payment with the hopes I would be refunded after (I did not receive.)

I have passed on to the company should tell people to begin with that couches may require an upgrade of upwards of $50.

tried to upsale moment he walked in the door. left worse mess than before he showed up. added cash charge of $10 or wouldn't leave my house until he was paid. when Ive had duct cleaning before they supplied their own power from truck to power compressor instead of using my power on a rolling black out day. very unprofessional.

This the second time that I have used this company and each time I have been well satisfied with the results. The technicians on each occasion were polite, knowledgable and experts in their field. I certainly would recommend this company and I plan to use them again.

Our carpet cleaner Terry was extremely helpful, thorough, and polite. He explained the process, offered some helpful advice and tips for cleaning and maintenance of the carpets. We were in a 2-bedroom condo and the whole process took less than an hour. The cleaning was a huge improvement and definitely brightened the rugs. We would highly recommend Envirotec and if you have a chance ask for Terry!
