AFG Heating and Cooling

Me and my husband were in need of a new communicating thermostat. We made contact with Afg heating, they provided us with a new nest thermostat and complete installation. I am completely satisfied with their efforts.

Last week our circulating pump had failed we called a few companies they had no imedate service then we called afg heating who had someone available for my service. A technicaian Rafi showed up and figured out the problem quickly returned the same day and solved the issue. Highly recommend.

Annual tune-up is very important, and this job was done by Rafi, a trusted and knowledgeable technician from AFG Heating and Cooling. He's extremely fast but yet efficent, went through a number of tests and checks, cleaning flame sensors, etc. Solid performance, I highly recommend him.

After a week of temperature irregularities, our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of Janurary. A family friend who is a contractor and the guy from Enercare both said it was hopeless to repair it and said to replace the unit. I called AFG H&C and Fasi came to the house within an hour and diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. After quoting us the best prices for the parts and repair, Fasi efficiently fixed the furnace. Fasi is a well spoken, knowledgable professional and I would recommend him for service calls.

I called AFG 6:30 pm and a cold night when our furnace started blasted cold air into the house. With my wife sick and a 1 year old at home, I was afraid we'd have to spend the night in a home with no heating in the middle of the winter. Fortunately AFG answered the phone right away and were at the house in record time. I had called them a year earlier on another issue and they still remembered us! That's excellent customer service. They fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Better yet, they discussed cost saving measures and fixed other problems at no cost!They will be the only Air and Gas guys I call. Honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Great customer service, great work by Rafi. He didn't accept to leave us without heat on the coldest night in January. I do recommend him and his company for any work (whether it is an urgent one or not).

AFG did a great job and installed our new furnace the very same day. Because our furnace was a standing pilot unit, we got extra rebates from the gas company as well as hydro. Furnace ended up costing us almost half price. And on top of that we'll be saving energy on our monthly bill. Great team and awesome work.
