AFG Heating and Cooling

After 5 years of never having the furnace checked, it was time to have someone look at it. AFG Heating arranged a visit within a week and they did a thorough check-up. The service technician Rafi explained all the work that he was doing as he was doing it and was very courteous and professional. I would definitely call on AFG again in the future if needed.

Rafi was professional, courteous and patient. I am very happy with the service on my boiler. He explained everything in great detail. He also explained the importance of bleeding the rads before each winter, something that other companies failed to mention and also to do. Rafi ensured that this was taken care of. I would recommend him highly.

Fasi from AFG showed up within 2 h from my original call. He fixed the issue on the spot. If you have a furnace issue call AFG. You will not be disappointed.

Called AFG to look into my furnace as it wasn't heating up, and discovered that there were multiple failures (wait, I meant to say significant multiple failures) with my furnace. Rafi presented a couple of options and ultimately I decided to go with getting a new furnace installed.

Rafi was amazing! He gave me a couple of model options walked me through the differences between them. On the day of the install, he came on time, installed it and walked me through what to look out for. The previous installer had done a terrible job of installing the furnace and he pointed out where there was leakage in the air and promptly fixed it for me. Thanks Rafi!
