Recently I have had a problem with my kitchen sink. As it turned out later my sink trap was broken. It was very disturbing and annoying because I could not wash any dishes and the pile of dirty dishes was only growing bigger. I called the Doctor Rooter and in the next hour I have already had someone helping me out. I realy liked the service, it was was fast professional and the price was right! Great company, I definitely recommend them!

Me and my husband had a flood in the basement. Than we had to fix the leak. We called Doctor Rooter to fix it. They came same day and gave us the qoute on the spot. They also were able to start within few day. Very happy with their service.

Found these guys by referral. had to do bathroom reno at my condo. That involved some plumbing job that was supposed to be done. The job was done professionally and on time. My basement was leaking because on a big crack in the outside wall. Doctor Rooter did outside waterproofing and leak stopped. Service was fast and for a reasonable cost. After job was done they cleaned everything up nicely.

I started noticing some water on the floor after I was using the shower cabinet and I could not figure out where is this water coming from, so I called Dr Rooter and they fixed my problem, service was quick and grate.

I have had a problem with my lavatory few days earlier. The water would not flush properly and it would stay there almost tipping over the rim. I tried waiting out and using "liquid plumber", but it did not help much. My friend suggested me to call the Doctor Rooter. In a short period of time they have sent someone to help me out with my problem. I liked the service that was provided to me, problem was fixed in no time. Doctor Rooter was one of 4 bidders on this project. Oleg was fair, courteous and professional in his dealings with us and the client, and completed the project satisfactorily. Oleg came to my home the same day we called him. He provided us an excellent quote and was kind enough to come back out to do the work about 3 months later. The work was done by his colleague Konstantin. I was able to see the work first hand as I was also re-locating plumbing and electrical for my washer and dryer in the same area. Konstantin was extremely professional and his quality and expertise showed throughout the entire job. I was more than pleased with the outcome of the drain re-location, and Konstantin was kind enough to explain everything he did. Now I have a better understanding of main line drainage, and the satisfaction of quality workmanship for the work completed.
