Doctor Rooter

Doctor Rooter did a complete renovation of my bathrooms. I was just amazed with the service that this company did!!! Besides plumbing I have been provided with painting and tiles and electrical works. I was pleased and completely satisfied with the service that have been provided. Special thanks to George and Oleg. I would definitely recommend them to all I know.

I manage an industrial facility in the east end and for years whenever rain fell the external catch basin would back up into our plant. I found Oleg ( Doctor Rooter ) on Homestars and decided to give him a call. This type of issue is not straightforward as he didn't know the cause of the blockage, he had to first pump out the water ( which he didn't charge for ) after this he found there was an enormous amount of silt and gravel which entailed using a pump which he didn't have so he had to return. Once this was done he used his camera to determine the cause of the blockage under seven feet of concrete in my warehouse floor ( again no charge for this visit).
He then attempted ( not knowing if it would be successful since the blockage could be a structural collapse or just accumulated silt) using a specialized power washer was able to remove the blockage. Forgive the length of this review but I wanted to paint a picture of how focused Oleg was on helping me solve my problem. I'm sure all the visits he made cost him but he kept his original price, also he was very good about calling and providing advance warning to us. At no time did he mention about any additional costs or that the job was too much for him.

This is a guy I would recommend 100%!.

We had disgusting black sludge blocking our basement floor drains. We called Oleg and he came the same day to give a free estimate, even though his work vehicle had broken down and had to get his wife to drive him over. He assessed the situation quickly and reassured us that it wasn't a broken main line. He flushed one drain with water and that cleared it (he wasn't going to charge us for that), but the other drain clog was more stubborn. He needed to snake it, but didn't have the equipment because he didn't have his work vehicle. He said clearing the clog with a snake would cost $150 (he also made us aware of the options if he couldn't clear the drain). He came the next day with Sergei and did the job quickly and thoroughly. The charge was exactly what he said it would be. Oleg did a wonderful job explaining the problem and how he would deal with it. He even showed me how to flush the drains so the problem wouldn't happen again. Overall, an excellent experience. I will definitely call Doctor Rooter if I have any plumbing problems in the future.

I have used them once before for a Kitchen Sink leak issue. This time it was the bathroom sink leak issue, They are courteous, prompt, very reasonable, clean up after themselves and do good work. They offer free estimates and even offer warranty on most jobs. Certainly on my short list!

I am glad that I had picked Doctor Rooter to fix the problem with the drain in the kitchen. It was a pleasant experience in the "ruined weekend". Very professional service, the company's representative managed to solve the drain problem very fast. I would highly recomend Doctor Rooter to everyone and would defenetly use it's service again in case needed.

I called Doctor Rooter to replace the water intake pipe from the city to my house with 3/4" copper, and also at the same time install a backwater valve for my sewer line going out. The work was done very promptly, and the workers were all very professional. I would definitely call Doctor Rooter again for any plumbing troubles. A huge thank you to Bill, Oleg, and Sergei!!

I decided to install Jacuzzi in my condo. My friends suggested calling Doctor Rooter, as they had a good experience with them. The job was done quick and clean. I didn't notice any difference, except my new Jacuzzi has been installed. Doctor Rooter probably is one of the best companies I had an experience with, very professional and high quality work.

Hey Doctor Rooter. Saturday morning my sink gets blocked and i was really upset cause i have to do cleaning and i stuck without water. I called Doctor Rooter Sergey and Oleg came with in an hour and fix my problem really quick. They looks very proffesional and polite.Thank you guys for helping me with my kitchen sink.

My house basement had leakage problem fixing of which was postponed for a while due to financial question. But large flood last year that caused a lot of damage made me to search for help. I tried to do some research online but end up with friend’s suggestion to call “Doctor Rooter”. When I called them no one answered and I left voicemail. Pleasant surprise was to receive call back within 30 min from Bill who I discussed issue with and scheduled estimate meeting same week.
We ended up contracting “Doctor Rooter” for the Job. I was pleasantly surprised by timing and precision of work (over time we had few rain storms and there are no signs of leakage what so ever) but not least important fact that they cleaned up after themselves and left no evidence of mess.
