Basement Water Leak

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Richmond Hill

I called Steve in mid Jan for a water leakage in my basement. Yuri came the next day and fixed a crack in the concrete outside of the foundation wall. He and his assistant did the best they could to preserve my landscaping. So far the fix has been proven effective. No more wet carpet in the basement! I am grateful for their quick action.

Basement leak

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Richmond Hill

They did a good job at fixing the water leak in my basement in mid Jan. However, I had been calling, texting and emailing them for multiple times in order to get a receipt for warranty purposes. Steve and Yuri both agreed to either call me back or email me a receipt, but until today I have not received the receipt, which they should had provided in the first place when I paid them on the spot.
