Codona Flooring

We were renovating the main floor of our house and found the floor we wanted at the home show. We started looking for local distributors. We visited the large chains and found Codona almost by accident. We were immediately impressed with the knowledge and personal care Milos provided. It's nice to deal with the owner of the business and to buy from someone local. Adam, the installer, was amazing. Our house is over 100 years old so nothing is square. Adam came up with solutions to deal with this and made any changes we asked for without any fuss. I would use Codona again and will recommend them to my friends.

Purchased my hardwood floors from Codona because their prices couldn’t be beat by either the big box stores or major hardwood flooring chain stores. Milos and his staff were incredibly helpful on top of the amazing prices.

The real standout though was with our stairs. Milos went over and above when there was a misunderstanding with our custom treads at the manufacturer, he personally made that error right and delivered the corrected product to us the next day. This type of accountability isn't even an option at the other flooring centre’s. Thanks Codona :)

I was shopping for some laminate for my daughter's apartment and had stumbled upon this place a couple of weeks ago. The guys inside seemed knowledgeable and understood I was looking for something in the mid price range. They didn't try to up sell me on something more expensive and actually recommended a cheaper laminate than I had wanted as they knew the quality and how it was made. The installation looks great and we are happy with our choice thus far.

After shopping around for a long time, we finally settled with Codona Flooring. We found that the personalized support and help from all the staff extremely welcoming. They took the time to ensure we choose a floor that fits our lifestyle and budget.

They lived up to their end of the deal, stuck to price quotes, and delivered on time. The install was very professional and after fine tooth combing it, I cannot find anything I don't like with the end result.

It took me more than 8 months to finally get the floor done after I first decided on doing it. Initially, my idea was to go with laminates but once I went to the stores and started researching on it, I found out that laminates are probably the worst option I could go with. Then over time I found out that engineered hardwood would be the best for a condo like mine which had a open layout living and dining space, 350 sqf approx! I spoke with quite a few people and even went and bought the floorings myself first to find that it was not the colour I chose! Then I met Milosh of Codona Flooring and I could finally relax!!! He knew exactly what I wanted and also had the colour and quality product that I was looking for. It was Brandy coloured Jatoba and the 1 that Milosh sourced for me was awesome in quality as well as price. Also I have been so frustrated with my previous experience that I could not still decide if he was also trying to trick me or not. But rest assured Milosh was amazing, took full control of the project and was always on time and lastly made sure that my floors were done by Christmas and I was so ecstatic that word can't explain! Honestly, Milosh was superb from start till end, gave me awesome product, had good and experienced people working for him with all the proper tools and machinery and finally at the best possible price ever!!! Can't believe it but am just loving it!!! Thanks a lot Milosh and Codona Flooring for understanding what I wanted and making it a reality!

We purchased 3400 sf of Brazilian hardwood floor for our new house from Codona Flooring. We hired their guys for installation as well. It was a great experience both regarding the quality and prices. Milosh and his crew are very responsible guys, pleasant to work with. Everything was done on time and looked amazing. I wish all our trades had the same work attitude. Highly recommended!!!
