My father's broadloom had not been cleaned for years and had many stains on it. As my dad got older he wouldn't notice that his can of coke was spilling as he walked - some stains had been there for years. I was amazed at how clean Fecri and his son got the carpet. It is truly off-white now and looks great. Fecri responded to my initial inquiry within hours and we set up a time just a few days later. He and his son, arrived when they said they would and stayed for quite a while, until the job was done extremely well. They are very polite and professional. I am just delighted and recommend them highly.

I have been thinking of my rug cleaning for a couple of years and did not like the idea of having it sent out. I got the name of Fedri from Home Stars after reading his reviews and called him. He explained to me his process. I must say for the first time, I was amazed on how organized he was. Once the appointment was booked he sent me an calendar invite confirming the appointment and on the day, through an app, I was notified that he was on his way and both father and son, arrived on time and went to work almost immediately. They both did an amazing job, very pleasant to deal with, always willing to answer questions that we had and they acted in a very professional way. I must say that my rugs feel and looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their rugs clean in-house instead of having to send it out. Fecri responded to my request for floor tile cleaning almost immediately. He showed up on time, was very polite and efficient. We have white porcelain tile floors with uneven surface, so quite challenging to clean.
He did a great job, the floors are white again! He finished the job in good time and the price was very reasonable. Strongly recommended.

I have very light grey carpet (almost white) and am extremely pleased with the results! Fedri was very professional and I was able to book an appointment within a few days of my initial phone call. I explained the layout of my house and he gave me a quote on the phone. He treated some stains that I did not think would come out - but they did! I've already recommended Fedri to my friends!

Fedri and his son were so friendly, took the time to explain a couple of differences with wool carpets versus our others, they test sampled a couple of areas, charged us less than quoted and did an extra room and the stairs! They were really generous in their knowledge, and time and really quick communication and turn-around!!

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned for at least four years. They look brand new. I had been thinking of getting rid of my microfibre couch as it had a lot of water stains from pen mark removals. It also almost brand new.

Fedri and his son did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. My dog has peed in a specific area multiple time’s and the at home carpet cleaner we have and used does nothing compared to what Fedri did. No more ammonia smell.
