My father's broadloom had not been cleaned for years and had many stains on it. As my dad got older he wouldn't notice that his can of coke was spilling as he walked - some stains had been there for years. I was amazed at how clean Fecri and his son got the carpet. It is truly off-white now and looks great. Fecri responded to my initial inquiry within hours and we set up a time just a few days later. He and his son, arrived when they said they would and stayed for quite a while, until the job was done extremely well. They are very polite and professional. I am just delighted and recommend them highly.
