Our move by TSC was by far, a total success due to the professionalism of their movers, Hamad, Darryl and Kal and their inside customer service personnel. They were courteous, polite and respectful of our possessions at all times. They did not stand around wasting time during the whole 12 hour move! Our move was a long distance move (Mississauga to Orillia), and they wasted no time upon arrival at our new home. Thank you guys, you were outstanding! We would not hesitate to recommend TSC to others!

I really could not have asked for more in a mover. TSC’s team are true professionals! I received an in-home accurate estimate from Steve. I was called by one of the customer service agents to confirm all of the details of my move. When moving day came, the movers were about 10 minutes early. They shrink wrapped a couple of fragile items. I was a little concerned about an old antique bookcase that originally belonged to my grandfather but they padded and carried it with care. They also had no problem disassembling and reassembling my king-sized brass bed, which I thought would be troublesome. Overall, this was the best moving experience that I’ve had.

We are elderly and didn't know how the move would go. These fellows just went right to work and the job was done in under the estimated time. They were perfect in every way and we will be recommending them to everyone.

TSC helped me move from my small condo into a larger one. It was a fairly straightforward move and they got the job done with no major challenges.

I received their flyer after putting my dad's house for sale. I googled the company and found amazing reviews. So I booked with TSC. They were prompt (2 min late & apologized), fast, careful and efficient. They finished very early that I asked them if they could deliver a chest of drawers to my friend's house in Malton Missisauga. They wrapped up the piece, delivered it and brought it up the flight of stairs & into her son's bedroom. She couldn't believe how well wrapped the item was, after having moved just a couple of years ago, she was not happy with her movers. So I highly recommend Ahmed & Saud and will not hesitate to use their service again.

My cousin was very emotional and needed help to move after her divorce so we called TSC Moving and Storage and they helped us tremendously. We asked that they bring extra packing materials for us and they did. Ahmad and Darryl packed everything into the truck very efficiently and with care. Some of the furniture items that we thought we had covered well, they furthered secured those items so that they would not be damaged or scratched. The guys were very professional and understanding given the situation. We don’t know what we would have done without them. TSC is the best!

The customer service and support I received when I hired TSC was impeccable. From the initial phone consultation to the time the movers left our new home, our experience with them was wonderful. We had heard of many movers pulling a “bait and switch” type of method where a mover will quote a low ball offer and then when the move is over (or when they get to your home), the price is exorbitant, but we didn’t experience any of this type of nonsense or trickery with TSC. They quoted and charged us honestly and fairly. Most importantly, they did everything that they said they would do for us with no extra charge surprises. My husband was not only surprised but also extremely impressed with their integrity and professionalism.

Although, we are no longer in Toronto, having to leave again for my husband’s job, we still visit when we can and have recommended TSC to many family members and friends because of the patience, time and care they provided us during a very stressful chapter in our lives. Thank you TSC!

It was a very hard move for me but using TSC made the move so much easier. I had to move out quickly since the closing date was approaching very soon and I wanted to move into my new condo. They worked very fast on the move and never broke any of my valuable paintings. Thank you for the amazing job!

Hired TSC for moving from my old townhouse to newer house.
Staff on call were friendly, moving staff were even friendlier.
They all worked really hard, and overall work was satisfactory.
Couple things that I wasn't 100% happy with:
1. If there's surcharge for credit card, this should have been little more clearer. May be stated on the paperwork, so it's my fault for not reading it thoroughly, but on the moving day with hourly rate for the movers - really no time to read the fine prints... Should have been notified of surcharge at time of booking to prepare cash.
2. 1 hour charge goes to travel in "GTA" - I live in Oakville, and expected Oakville to be part of "GTA", but "GTA" definition is different. Make sure to check if your address falls in "GTA" boundary to calculate your cost.
3. (minor) 10 free boxes didn't get delivered on the moving day!
