I called Accuserve in a panic! My heat stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. James was very understanding seeing as a have a young baby in the house. He got a technician out right away. The technician not only found that we had a faulty furnace but there were dangerously high gases being detected in the house. You can imagine my shock and horror. James was able to arrange with his team an install that very same day. The technicians were all very knowledgable and friendly. They worked very hard to get it up and running within a few hours and we had heat the same day. And I learned a lot about furnaces I didn't know. I was shocked to find that there were dangerously high gases lurking in the house and they came right away...who knows what the outcome would have been if they didn't. Also, they spent a lot of time trying to install an extra feature where I could access temperature from my phone even though they knew my internet was an issue (they called bell). Raul came on two different occasions to make sure that feature was working once my internet was working properly. James also was able to communicate between the father of my son and I with regards to the situation since it is very contentious and explain to him why we needed a new furnace (to breathe clean warm air :-). they went above and beyond on every level and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys so much and great working with you. Definitely recommend this company to anyone with issues. They are honest and fair and go above and beyond!!

Accuserv was fantastic and I appreciate their help and efforts with restoring my heating on my electrical system. It was such a simple fix that needed to be done and they came to the rescue to help me within 2 hours of making a phone call!

I was really disappointed with the heating/cooling company I used previously, so I decided to try AccuServ when my furnace started to only work sporadically. They took a look at it and advised me that it would probably die soon, and, due to the age of the furnace, it would be better to get a new one than fix it.

Sure enough, the furnace died. I was able to arrange with them to install a new one pretty quickly. The installation went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and was pretty educational as well.

I'll certainly be using them in the future.

During this past weekend, it must have been -30 outside, my furnace was acting up, making high pitched squealing sounds, turning off and on every ten minutes, not good! AccuServ had someone here that day.

The technician said I had a cracked heat exchange and the furnace had to be shut off for safety reasons. So what now? freeze in my house till I can get my furnace replaced? NO! I was provided with space heaters for my home, and a team came the next MORNING at 9:00 AM and installed my new furnace and walked me through all the features.

As well, they were very professional, polite and made sure that all my floors were covered so there was no mess.

There guys even fixed install issues that where not done correctly when another company installed my old furnace.

I would highly recommended AccuServ and will use them again for any issues I might have.

What can I say, Aaron is the best! all the gang at AccuServ are Fantastic. Starting from Amanda who takes your call, Jarred who presented options to Arthor one of many install technicians.

We started using AccuServ over a year ago, their service is always 100%. they show up when they say and do what they say.

We started with a simple service on a water heater we adopted with a purchase of a home, they stood behind the product and replaced it, WOW! last month we had them replace our heat and AC system with a killer Rheem and Eccobee controller, LOVE IT!

I used AccuServ to repair the humidifier attached to my furnace back in the beginning of January. All I can ask is they were great from start to finish! They returned my initial call right way and the next day Jared was even available a bit early which was great. Jared was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he showed me exactly what the issue was and gave me some great tips on how to improve the humidifiers performance for the future.

My family and I suffered through a few years of being uncomfortable during the winter as our house was way to dry, and we had spent hundreds on buying individual humidifiers for our bedrooms, now everything is great and we can sleep much better!

Aaron and Art did a terrific job! They are VERY knowledgeable, courteous and take the time to explain what they are doing in language I can understand. (They even take their shoes off at the door without being asked.) I was doing a complete basement apartment renovation which involved replacing 4 old rads and adding one new one in the bathroom. Aaron and Art did the rough-in and then let the contractor finish the walls. Aaron even made an extra unscheduled visit just to install the rad brackets in the bathroom so the tiler could do a neater job. How cool is that? Aaron and Art then returned later and installed the rads. They made a point of arriving on time and were very conscientious. They rolled out a protective sheet from the front door to the work areas to avoid damage to the new flooring. The following day, when I noticed one of the rads was only luke warm I called Aaron and he came back on a Saturday to make it right. He also took the time to make some adjustments to the boiler to make it more efficient for heating the whole house. These guys are good. They enjoy what they do and it shows.
