After having a home alarm installed 15 years ago the keypad went dead. I no longer had support from the original alarm company and was on my own. I found David and explained my dilemma and he was happy to help. David had a prompt response time and was able to change out my antiquated alarm pad while reprogramming the whole system ! He knowledge was very extensive and you could tell he was committed to doing a good job.It was comforting that David placed professionalism and satisfaction ahead of profit. His services were very reasonable, response time was excellent and customer service was 10+.

We are very satisfied with the work that David did for us. He installed CCTV cameras, intercom, and an alarm system in our home. David was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain the best options for our property. During the installation, David did an excellent job. He took care to run the wires neatly and seamlessly and not to cause any unnecessary holes. It is clear that he takes pride in his work. After the installation, he took the time to explain how everything worked. When we had a small issue with a sensor, David was very responsive and came the next day to fix the problem. Whenever we contacted him with questions by phone or by email he always responded promptly before during and after the job was completed! I had purchased a home Surveillance System online and needed help installing it.
