This summer I required a pest control service to deal with three issues on our property, two wasps nests under sidings and ants tunneling under a bathroom floor.

Services from Westside Pest Control were superb. They immediately responded to my call, were fast to schedule a time to come to our house, and were extremely efficient and effective in taking care of the jobs to my fullest satisfaction

The staff, including the office staff and Mr. Trevor Neufeld who came to our house, were friendly, helpful, and positively professional.

Jagger Boyes at Westside Pest Control just removed a MASSIVE Hornet's nest from a tree in our back yard. He arrived on time, suited up and went to battle. Watching him get swarmed from inside our house, I was glad I didn't attempt the removal myself. I would definitely call Westside Pest Control again.

I can always count on Westside Pest Control Been using them for over 4 years (insect's, mice & rat's) never disappointed. Jagger came by this time and did a good job as is always the case with this company.

I called in Westside Pest Control to assess our pest problem. Jagger phoned to let me know that he was one his way and he arrived on time as arranged. He was so helpful, informative and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave good advice. I was very pleased with the service!

My boyfriend's parents had both a hornet's nest and a wasp's nest in their backyard. His mother is allergic and with a garden to tend, it was unsafe for her to be back there. I had to call in a few times about this because the hornet's nest was higher than expected on the first visit and we didn't notice the other one until later. Every time I called, I was happy with the politeness and care of the employees. Jeremy came the first time and also the second time. He was supposed to come with someone else who couldn't make it, but still got the job done by himself. Both time he arrived within the given time frame and got right down to business without wasting any time. I was send the invoice via email shortly after, which I ended up forwarding to the strata to pay for. We would have paid regardless, especially after reading all of the amazing reviews and knowing that they guarantee the removal. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again or recommending them to anyone I know in need of Pest and/or Animal Control.

I called Westside Pest Control based on the reviews on this site. I appreciated my initial telephone contact with the woman who answered my call. The technician who came over was Jagger. He was very polite, professional, helpful and did a great job! Very pleased!

I thought I had written reviews for this excellent company before, but now see I did not. I've just called them again, for a bee removal job. In the past, they have removed rats from my house, and were extremely knowledgable and efficient in not just getting the critters out, but figuring out how they were getting in, and preventing future ingress. Add to that the fact that Mike and his team use environmentally sound and responsible methods, and you have a great company! Total Ten from our house...

We found a massive wasp nest in our hedge. Called a bunch of pest control places. Westside was the most responsive and cost effective. Their tech Conrad arrived, was super professional, got the job done and advised me on what I needed to do to follow up. He was super friendly and professional and took the time to answer my questions which were likely silly but he never let on. We couldn't be more pleased. In Mar 2015, I chose the Westside company based on the positive reviews in this website. I bought a one time visit and caught 4 little mice but found more mice droppings two months later. I then upgraded to a 6 months package. We were told the mice we caught were the inexperienced ones and what remain were the experienced parent mice! and know not to eat bait/poison.Jeremy came twice and is quite innovative in the ways to catch mice. So far I have not seen any activities yet so hopefully Westside will help us to win the battle...

Jagger came to my house to assist with a problem of persistent mice in my basement suite. First he secured the foundation and made sure that there are no areas for the mice to gain entry. Then he explained methods of catching mice and showed me how to set the traps. Hi approach of "teaching me how to fish" instead of just catching the fish for me, was very helpful. In the past 5 days I have caught a total of 18 mice (and counting)!! And knowing that they have no points of entry, this problem should be gone soon. Great service, thank you!
