Us date of july 7th they came and finished 5 days before due date all neighborhood is really happy with work I really recommend this company for all fence &deck work

SMC fences have done a great job with my deck and fence. The price is also very reasonable as compare to other companies. Most Importantly they have completed the work within the timeframe and the design was exactly the same that I asked for.
Moreover, the whole team was very hardworking. I will recommend this company to everyone. Please ask them for the quote and you will see the difference.

We signed a contract in April and were instructed that the fence would be completed in one week. The current status is that several holes were dug out to accommodate the posts. This posses a liability risk to pets and/or young children. When we call to inquire the status of completion, the response is always "next week, this weekend, tomorrow". We would not recommend this company; however, cannot comment on the quality of work at this time.

Attached is the progress of our SMC fence from May 11/16 to June 19/16. We were told in April we would have a fence completed within a week, we were also told that no money was due until the fence was completed - my cheque has been cashed since May 17/16. Across the street Can-do fencing completed the entire street within 3 days! Unacceptable and no one will return emails or calls.

We have done backyard and fences in May 2016, some of the fences were done improperly, the woods were cooked, and they are visible to my neighbours, I can clearly see what my both neighbours are doing in their backyards and they can see me as well. There is no privacy. Privacy is our major consideration when installing the fences, and we were told the pattern we choose is 100% privacy protected, otherwise, we would have to go for a cheaper options.

Also, we had the backyard completed with concrete, the slope should be toward outside, it was now toward the house, and the wells were removed without owner consent, and concrete up to window level or even higher, mo pouring water was running to the basement window after rains, we ended up paying a waterproofing company to finish the lousy job.

I called Sargoon @SMC several times in the past weeks, and no answers, I was unable to leave voicemail, cause the mailbox is always full and he does not return calls.

SMC Fences Inc. was contracted to build my fence in Brampton along with the rest of our street for a total of 16 houses. Sargoon from SMC Fences Inc. was the man in charge and worked the project along with his team of builders. My fence has been completed and I am pleased to report that it was built with care and quality, super strong, competitively priced, and on time.
Sargoon and his crew were very professional and pleasant. Clearly this company builds a lot of fences and uses good materials. I needed a couple of extra things done for my fence as it will surround a pool and Subject to inspection by the city. Sargoon ensured the fence met the requirements of the city by-law.
I note other neighbours also are having SMC builds decks and concrete patios which look great and I will be asking Sargoon and his team to come back after the pool is installed to complete the decking. Happy with the service and the workmanship.

I am so much satisfied with the customer service of SMC Fences, because of the weather swings i was facing a lot of problems with my fences but they reported between 24 to 48 hours to solve the issue. This happened couple of times but now it's perfectly fine. I will highly recommend them.
