Hi it was nice to meet you and your husband. We always take care of our customers property by treating it as we would our own home. We do this several ways by covering your flooring and using lots of light poly on your belongings to keep the dust from setting on surfaces. Tidying up once are done is something that we take pride in doing by leaving your house the same as it was when we started.

The duct work for your existing range hood that was what we were originaly hired to install was completed in one day. The new hood that you ended up purchasing after the fact I explained that once you received the hood I could arrange with our electrician to have it installed however it could take a few days depending on current workload at that time, which was approximately 3 days.

Making sure that we keep your home clean and tidy during all our renovations is something we take pride in doing. We cover your hard surface floors with a high density floor covering or we cover you carpets with a 3 mill self adhesive plastic . This ensures all your floors and stairs are protected from damage as much as possible. The floor protection also help keep your floor free of dust and debris and helps with the daily tidyingup and creates a safer work environmentfor everyone. We also use lots of light plastic to keep construction dust off your belongings.

This last project we completed for you was not a large project however the tight areas and the installation of a door provided quite the challenge.

Hi Steve, we are thrilled that you are happy with your washroom renovation converting your bath tub and shower combination to a full walk in shower with sliding glass doors it really looks amazing. Thank you for your kind words about your experience with our company.

We only use quality materials and our clients really love the 1 piece panels from Mr. Marble because there are no grout lines to scrub clean.

We believe that its important to communicate with our clients right from the beginning of the project from when we order your materials through the installation process right to the completion of the project for two reasons. One our clients feel like they are part of the renovation and they know what stage we are at with the project and also should a situation or a problem arise there is already a line of communication established and it can help resolve issues quicker and keep then project moving and on time. We also believe its important to keep our job sites clean and tidy. A tidy and clean job site is also a safe job site for our employees and contractors.
