Remodel Construction Company

Chris and Remodel Construction Company have completed three sets of renovations in my home. The first was before we took up residence in our condominium and the other two sets were at intervals of about a year. The work included repainting all the walls and the ceilings, replacing carpets with hardwood floors, made and installed custom shelving to create a library, extensive redesigning of the kitchen and considerable work on our two bathrooms. Obviously since we employed the same company for three sets of renovations, we found Chris and his team very satisfactory. They produced a high quality of work. We found Chris very easy to deal with and knowledgeable as to how to achieve the effects we were seeking. He was willing to consider our point of view where there were alternative possibilities. Work proceeded smoothly and projects were completed on time. Their staff members were pleasant and co-operative. Costs were realistic. Work was well organised and at the end of each contract work areas were completely cleared up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone undertaking home renovations.

Chris and his team are perfectionists. They always strive for the best quality construction possible and we are very happy with the end result of this bathroom project. This is the second major construction project Chris has completed for us and we're sure it won't be the last.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris. He is very flexible, professional, and talented. The office built-in cabinet was exactly how we originally imagined, despite our "not-to-scale" amateur drawing. Should we do more updates like this, we will definitely use his services again and would recommend him 100%.

This is the fourth project that Chris and his crew have completed for us and we can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was. We had just finished our basement (through Remodel of course) and were looking for storage solutions for our media devices and other household items. When we weren't able to find anything retail we spoke to Chris about some custom items. Chris was helpful in guiding us through the process and making suggestions as to what would function and look best. He took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were happy with our choices. When it came time for the build and install his guys did an amazing job. Tim and Dex were always on time and were extremely friendly. We're thrilled with the finished product.

The cabinets for my clothes and the custom shoe closet work turned out amazing! They really transformed the room and made it look and function perfectly for me and the space! I will use this company again and highly recommend you use their services!

I have hired Chris & his team in the past and will be calling them in the future for any projects that require a professional touch. They installed 1 double door, single door, cased both plus one additional exising door, and new baseboards throughout the basement. I was very pleased with the work!
