Its also really important that we try to keep you personal belongings clean and almost dust free.We are able to protect your floors with high density cardboard and for your furniture and everything else we use large quantities of light poly which is replaced daily. This ensures that your floors are protected from daily foot traffic, materials or tools should they be dropped. The light poly helps keep dust of your belongings.

When we are working in condominiums it can be a bit of a challenge with the rules and regulations of the management office, however having worked in many condominiums over the years we are well aware of those challenges and how to work with the building boards and management offices.

As with all of our renovation projects we always protect your existing floors, provide plastic barriers to isolate areas and to minimize dust. We cover all surfaces with light plastic which keeps dust off everything as well.

We always strive to make all of our projects stress free for our clients or as you said "painless". We know that good planning and preparing for the renovation helps with the stress.
